Vienna, Austria - AI-powered data quality and observability platform
In 2018, DIGNA was fresh on the scene about artificial-intelligence powered data quality issues.
However they struggled to translate complex data engineering concepts into language that resonated with enterprise buyers.
I built messaging and every content touchpoint ground up including website copy, video scripts, Twitter and Linkedin content alongside investor sales materials.
The goal was to make a technical product feel both credible and urgent to a non-technical buyer. In the end, the brand successfully secured funding from Vienna Business Agency in 2021. Messaging framework created continues to guide the brand long afterÂ

Edtech startup - Peer tutoring platform connecting high school students to university tutors
A brand new edtech platform needed to go from idea to validated MVP launch with no existing user base, brand identity and no marketing infrastructure.
The goal was signing up real users before launch and proving the concept worked.
I served as both Lead Product Manager and Marketing Lead. I led market and user research, defined the “Relatable Expertise, On-Demand” positioning, designed brand assets, built the GTM strategy and ran the outreach campaign that recruited 30 founding beta testers.
Post-launch, I translated user feedback into the product roadmap.
Nature's Mace
Pennsylvania, USA · Natural pest and animal repellent brand
Nature’s Mace needed to become the go-to educatonal resource for homeowners dealing with deer, rodents, insects and other pests by building enough content authority to compete in the crowded search landscape dominated by big-box retailers, and agricultural giants. Over two years, I wrote over 300 SEO-optimized long-form articles covering pest identification, seasonal prevention, product comparisons, and natural solutions. Every article was built to rank for buyer-intent and educational queries, creating a content library that compounded in organic value over time.
Sirmove
Singapore · High-value international and corporate relocation firm
Sirmove had near-zero organic search visbility despite serving high-value clients across Singapore, Malaysia and internationally. After years of writing one-off blog posts for them, I was brought in specifically to fix the SEO problem. I conducted a full content audit, keyword and competitive analysis, built a topic cluster strategy around their core services, and created content optimised for the markets where their ideal clients searched. The content strategy I developed continued guiding their team after I finished.
EDENMa
Massachusetts, USA · Workforce training and job placement for people experiencing homelessness
EDENMa needed to communicate their mission and impact in language compelling enough to unlock grant funding, attract program participants, and build credibility with institutional donors – all while keeping the tone human, dignified, and hopeful rather than charity-driven. I wrote grant application documents, landing page copy, messaging framework, and educational ebooks supporting their workforce development programs. Each piece was crafted to speak to a different audience: grant writers and foundation officers needed data and outcomes; program participants needed warmth, clarity, and practical information.
