Projects I've Worked On

I’ve led product launches, partnered closely with marketing teams and content agencies to bring their strategies to life. While the vision was a team effort, here are samples and results my work helped deliver.

Drove a 4.2/5 rating as lead product and content marketer for an Edtech Startup
edupeerhub

Leading Product & Content Marketing for Edupeerhub

When I joined Edupeerhub as a product marketer and manager for my capstone project, the team had ambitious goals but was stuck—unable to find their footing in the crowded online education space. The situation grew more urgent when a complete design sprint breakdown threatened to derail our MVP launch entirely, creating a development bottleneck just weeks before our deadline.

  • First, I defined who we served and shaped how we spoke to them. Through market research and user interviews, we identified a specific, underserved audience—high school students seeking relatable peer mentors over traditional tutors. This insight drove our USP as a community of “relatable peer mentors.”
  • On the content marketing side, I developed the brand voice and positioning framework that brought this pivot to life. I coined the value proposition “Relatable expertise, on demand” and applied it consistently across UI/UX copy, marketing materials, and community communications.
  • As product manager, I led  agile sprints, and made tough calls such as prioritizing live 1-on-1 video sessions as our MVP’s core feature based on direct user feedback.
  • I also designed a two-tiered testing strategy blending live interviews with quantitative analysis via Microsoft Clarity, validating messaging and smoothing user flows before launch

The Result:

We shipped an MVP that students loved (4.2/5 rating). My community-led GTM plan—anchored in our peer-focused content—recruited over 30 Founding Members who became passionate advocates.

Content strategy and marketing for DIGNA startup

DIGNA entered the competitive data management space with a sophisticated AI-powered platform for Data Quality and Observability. However, as a fresh startup, their complex value proposition—using machine learning to monitor data health—was trapped in technical jargon. The company also lacked a clear market position, and content to educate its target audience of data engineers and Chief Data Officers. The core challenge was building a brand voice and content engine from zero. As content and marketing support for DIGNA under the guidiance of Betternship’s founder, Kayode, I helped bridge the gap between their product’s technical capabilities and market needs.

  • Initially I conducted a thorough review and developed a messaging plan. This guided creating content for their landing, and website copy.
  • Then I developed a content plan for a variety of pillar topics.
  • I also helped the sales team with creating slide decks, product sheets and all sorts of documents that communicated their product value to tech experts and business leaders alike.
  • I also served as the lead content curator for DIGNA’s linkedin and twitter pages during the first months.

The Result

My efforts built the key messaging framework that guides all their content marketingto date. The clear messages and sharp presentation slides I created played a key role in raising funds. They helped the team win early investment money. I made the company’s vision and market chances easy for investors to grasp.

sirmove

Content writer for Sirmove

A global relocation firm based in Singapore, focused on high-value international and corporate relocation but suffered from near-invisibility in organic search. Initially I worked with the team on single blog posts between 2021 and 2023. In 2024, while working with the marketing team, I rewrote and created topic clusters around core  services and topics the brand wanted to be known for.

  • To achieve this, I conducted extensive keyword research and competitive analysis which helped create a content strategy that still guides the team even after I left in 2024.

The Result

Between September 2024 and December 2024, many of the articles I wrote significantly drove qualified organic traffic by 40%, including attracting high-value inquiries for the business. Two key articles targing Singapore and Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia achieved and sustained Google page 1 rankings, alongside consistent leads for the brand.
